We collect only what is necessary to operate the Services.
Information you provide directly. If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to share (your email address, the contents of your message, and any attachments).
Information collected automatically through our mobile games. When you install or use our games, certain information may be collected automatically by the operating system or by third-party services we use, including:
- Device information such as device model, operating system version, language, and mobile advertising identifier (AAID on Android, IDFA on iOS) — the advertising identifier is shared with our advertising partners (Google AdMob) to deliver and measure ads.
- Usage and gameplay data such as levels reached, session length, crash reports, and anonymized performance metrics.
- Approximate location derived from IP address (country or region level), used for ad delivery and analytics.
Information collected through our website. Our website is hosted on GitHub Pages and does not set any first-party analytics or advertising cookies. Your web browser's IP address and basic request metadata are processed by GitHub, Inc. in the normal course of serving the page.
How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Services.
- Display advertising within our games and measure its performance.
- Diagnose crashes and technical problems.
- Respond to your questions and support requests.

Third-party services
Our games may use the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
Cookies and local storage
Our website does not set cookies or use any tracking technology. Our mobile games store gameplay progress (completed levels, coin balance, settings, statistics) on your device using standard local storage. This data never leaves your device unless you uninstall the app, in which case it is deleted along with the app.
Children's privacy
Most of our apps are designed for general audiences (13+). Some apps in our portfolio are designed for children and are distributed through the Google Play Families program. For those apps:
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
- Advertising is configured to be non-personalized and does not use the advertising identifier (AAID/IDFA).
- No third-party analytics SDK is configured to collect personally identifiable information from children.
- Children cannot make in-app purchases without parental authorization (a parent gate is required).
- External links (websites, social media) are gated behind a parent gate where present.
If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it. Our practices for children's data are designed to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the United States and the GDPR provisions for the protection of children in the European Union.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including the European Union, United Kingdom, California, and Ukraine), you may have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you.
